• Orders placed during the week will typically ship within 3-5 days. We use USPS to ship, so shipping times may vary. Please note that we are a two person company and we will try as best as we can to get your order to you as fast as possible.

  • Since we are a small operation, we do not have the resources to take on large embroidery orders. However, we do take on some custom embroidery orders from time to time. Get in touch with us and we’ll be more than happy to try and work something out!

  • If we shipped you the incorrect size stated on your order or gave you the wrong design, we are more than happy to exchange it for you! You’ll receive a full refund for your order!
