Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note, we are a small business and all items are made-to-order, so orders may take longer depending on order volume.

Shipping Methods
We ship through USPS Available shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier. Delays may occur during holidays, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment:
f the order has already shipped, you may still cancel, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Returns for Defective Items

If your item arrives with an embroidery defect or any quality issue:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the defect

  • We will send a free replacement (including shipping)

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied. Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

Start a Return or Replacement

To begin a cancellation, return, or replacement request, email us at returns@exeapparel.com with:

  • The subject “[Return Request] Your order number”

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
